American On Site applied Hydroseed to our 10,000SF lawn area and did a great job! Shane and Dave were professional and polite. Super easy to work with. Shane did a very precise application and we are very happy with the result.

This company is 5+ stars! After getting very poor service from our previous septic service company, AOS came out and repaired and cleaned our system. 4 guys spent most of the day repairing, pumping, cleaning and camera all lines to make sure we were not going to have troubles down the line. They all were very friendly and hard working. Cleaned up after themselves and explained the workings of our very complicated septic system. The office was very customer service centered and called back and completed the estimate for repairs right away. Love that they are local and honest with what needed to be done to get our system back on track. Thank you Matt and team for all your expertise and hard work last week. Had a great experience with the lead and work crew installing our new septic system and decommissioning the old one. The installation crew were awesome working with and didn't hesitate to answer any of my endless questions. Great team and most of all pricing.

I should have posted this review years ago. Somehow, time flies but today I was reminded of the great work Dave Bush did for us and I felt compelled to share. American On Site installed and maintains the septic tanks at the winery I work. In 2019, we expanded the winery and this required a second tank and drain field to handle to additional load. Dave's knowledge of how to make the old system work with the new system, and install the drain field without damaging our vineyard was invaluable! In addition, we have an "ancient" septic tank at the old farmhouse on the property. Dave has been nursing that system along for years, and we are incredibly grateful. So grateful to Jim & John who came to the house. The lady on the phone listened, asked a few questions about the clean out pipe and yard. Drains had been working all day then did a load of laundry in the evening and suddenly everything is backing up. We made a few calls around immediately the next morning when it was obvious we couldn't clear it ourselves. American came to the house a few hours later, friendly, helpful, didn't just do the job but took the time to review out septic maintenance practices so they could get a good idea of how it may be flowing, or not, and why. Got the clog cleared and came in considerably less $ than I expected to pay. Definitely will call them again, just hopefully not too soon. Thank You!
