BUYER BEWARE! Hired Jakob Lininger's company to paint my house. He said he had a crew of several experienced guys working for him, but in the end, it's just him and someone with no experience who gets paid $50-$85/hr each plus $50/hr for equipment! Way over priced! Paid him a deposit of $5,000 and he left one day after about 10 hours of work and never came back. He painted my fence the wrong color (red cedar instead of light oak) and chopped down one of my pine trees and butchered my other pine trees used as privacy (see photos). Now what is left is dying because he cut 75% of them down! He is not professional and records conversations without telling you. Isn't that illegal? Hired this company to paint my house and they walked off the job after a day and did not refund my deposit of $5,000. Inflated their hours and rates. Cut down pine trees and stained my fence the wrong color without my approval! Cost me substantial $$ to get everything replanted and re-stained. There are much better painters out there, at much better prices, so look around! Cannot recommend Jakob or his company. As a hint of what kind of “business man” he is, just look at his replies, which are totally made up and false. You have to ask yourself: what kind of “business owner” does that? I have reported him to Google. He keeps posting untruths and insults to my original review, so I keep having to remove my review and repost. BUYER BEWARE: I am not the only one he has scammed!

This company did a great job power washing our condo building. It was so gross, hadn’t been cleaned in years. Did a great job. And came back to seal up our roof and painted trim also. Thanks so much. Mrs. Scott

Excellent workmanship, including painting, caulking, installing electric lights and ceiling fans (including a 20-foot-high fan), and repairing several items. He came as scheduled and charged a reasonable rate. We were very pleased.
