We have worked with several technicians over time, but Amy Crummie-DuCarme has been the best by far. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew (Patterson Ave location) for the first time, although he has serviced our space a couple times as new tenants, we never crossed paths. His customer service and personality were stellar, extremely genuine and down to earth yet very professional. A very pleasant young man. He took heed and made sure he addressed my concern. I hope he is as much appreciated by other tenants, and American Pest as I was.
I want to begin by sharing that I’m new to Richmond and Artcraft (which both I love so far) and in my 30 yrs in this industry, I have yet to experience a vendor such as Scott. He has got to be one of the most personable vendors I have ever met! He responds immediately, he ALWAYS has a resolution that I’m satisfied with and he’s so relatable. I’ve such a good experience with Scott. He is one of the BEST they have! And I mean that with every ounce of Property Manager bugs I got in me 😊
Christina has been amazing and doing her absolute best to help us get rid of these roaches. She genuinely cares about helping us, and that seems so hard to find d these days. I feel I am in the best hands possible! :D
