American Pharoah Kitchen - Bathroom - Basement Remodeling

I had water leaking in my house and call the insurance Choice. They assigned American Pharaoh to do the repairs. Email contact me to schedule on Monday and he couldn't make it until Tuesday. He diagnosed the issue and the insurance company approved the repairs. He replaced one piece of pipe and put compound in the other. The work quality is not good. I've talked to Email that the temporarily fix is not the way to do the business. He said the insurance only pay him $189 so that's the job he's done. I am posted the photos here and make a complaint to the insurance company Choice. I may file the complaint to BBB to resolve the issue further if American Pharaoh refused to make it right.

Terrible service. We put in a claim in with choice and American Pharaoh came to my house. My wife was home when the service guy came. He told her he cleared plumbing and he fixed our kitchen pipes that we didn’t even have a problem with. My wife tipped the guy $50. The next day, I noticed the toilet he worked on was not flushing the way it should have been flushing. So we stopped using the upstairs bathroom and with the holidays approaching didn’t get around to calling them until after Christmas. American Pharaoh came back to my house today and the guy told me he didn’t have the right tool to fix it last time and again today didn’t have the right tool with him to fix it today and would need to have someone else come back to do the job. Then he tried charging me the visit fee. I absolutely

We hired American Pharoah to finish our basement. We received several quotes and Ehmads was the quickest and most reasonable, by far. As soon as the contract was signed, he started the permit process and had his crew start delivering materials. His crew always showed up on time and completed work in timely manner. He was flexible with us changing schedules when needed. We are extremely satisfied with the work. We’d recommend American Pharoah to anyone who needed remodeling done.

Starting from contract signature till materials procurement and installation was seamlessly delivered without any delays and issues.
