We were having issues with our garbage disposal and reached out to Rich to come take a look at it. Before scheduling an appointment, he was actually able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone and walk us through how to fix it right away. I appreciated Rich so much for taking the time to help us over the phone instead of coming out and charging us for what turned out to be an easy fix. We will definitely use Rich in the future for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism!

This was my first experience with American Plumbing and Rooter. Rich and his team are excellent. On the initial phone call, Rich was very helpful and asked great questions about my plumbing issue. Best experience I've ever had with a company. Got a live person right away & Kevin responded in 30 minutes. You can't go wrong dealing with Rich and Kevin. They got to the work (waterline replacement from meter to house) promptly & cleaned up perfectly.

Rich and his team are amazing! I reached out to them for a water shut off valve and hose bib manifold that had seen its better days. Rich was very responsive over the phone and after sending him a few pictures of our setup, had me on the schedule the same week. Kevin arrived to take care of business and did a masterful job installing some new, shiny copper for us and the best part, everything works beautifully now. Rich T answered the phone and took down all the details of my situation. The OG here had flushed a handkerchief down the toilet. Kevin was dispatched at a time that easily met my schedule. He disconnected, removed and vacuumed the toilet, augured the line and even ran his camera (with 80 ft hose) thru the line. He did not see the handkerchief and we both assume it is in the septic tank. When he reassembled everything , checking for leaks and ran the toilet a bunch of times No leaks or backup. Unit working as normal. Hats off to Rich and Kevin. What a great job at a reasonable cost!
