American Plumbing

American Plumbing is the best plumbing service around! We had a leak in the bathroom requiring us to shutoff the water to the house. American Plumbing came out the same day to get it repaired. Jordan arrived and was kind, professional, and informative. He let us know everything that needed to be fixed and was able to get it taken care of quickly so we could get our water turned back on in the house! Thank you SO much Jordan and American Plumbing! Excellent service!

I want to thank American Plumbing. We all are under pressure regarding rising prices, and that includes businesses. American Plumbing said they would check the issue and give an estimate of repair. They did just that. It was something we forgot to do and they could have charged us but did not. We have used them in the past and always been happy with the work and the price. To the rescue again. The staff who answer the call are quick and polite The service tech was a really nice guy. I wish I remembered his name, but he came in the window time was polite, proper and non bias. There was a slight minor communication issue I believe due to language and understanding the unique situation, but followed up with notes as verbally told. I have used American plumbing for several jobs and while you may find cheaper I believe in their quality of work and make the customer feel felt and heard

We have been customers of American Plumbing for over twenty four years. Erick, Nick and crew have come to our rescue on multiple occasions at multiple properties. I wish I could give 10 stars. I will always call American plumbing from here on in. Called them on a Sunday and asked if I could get a call back on Monday. Monday morning came get the call and explain my problem. I've had a slow leak in a sprinkler box, which for the record I have never used since buying my house. Was told a technician would be out between 1.30-3.30 and right at 1.30 they were here. Ron who came and looked at it and found the valve which I had no idea existed turned it off and said there ya go. I was like cool, how much do I owe ya and get this, he said don't worry about, and if it turns out in a couple of days thing don't dry out, give us a call and we can probably tear it out and cap everything off for a few hundred bucks.
