I was having faults on my boiler leading to no hot water, and Jim was able to get on the phone with me right away and walk me through the troubleshooting process. I didn’t even have to pay for a technician to visit, and Jim was extremely helpful and clear in his explanations. I had my hot water back within 30 minutes. Amazing!

Absolutely the worst plumbing experience I have ever had. American Plumbing and Heating (sent by American Home Shield) caused thousands of dollars in damage to my home: Put a hole in my tub during initial cleaning, scratched it with tools, and then burst a brass pipe while trying to fix a clog. Installed a makeshift patch, hammered excessively, and admitted to cutting extra material unnecessarily — now my tub squeaks every time it’s used. Improperly installed an outdoor faucet that leaked into my basement, flooding near my main circuit box. Cut into a wall that their own manager admitted was not necessary. Replaced my toilet seat with the cheapest, ill-fitting model without asking me. Refused to provide insurance information despite repeated requests. Cheap parts, careless work, and
