Jason did an excellent job installing my new water heater. He was professional, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The installation was quick, clean, and done the right way. He double-checked all the connections, made sure the system was running perfectly, and even gave me tips on maintenance. Jason came out to look at some leaking indoor shut off valves for our outdoor spigots as well as replacing the shut off valves on our washing machine. He was extremely personable and more than happy to explain everything he was doing. He even took a look at our toilet shut off valves and kitchen faucet for no additional charge, reassuring me none of those items needed repairs or replacement. He also gave me some pointers on things I can repair myself. Zero attempts to upsell me on anything (unlike most of the other companies).
