My hot water heater was showing signs of a needed replacement. Everyone at American Plumbing made it occur within days. Aaron responded to my early morning email about the job hours before it was scheduled to start. I so appreciate their responsiveness and thoroughness. In the recent past, a sizeable team of professionals from American Plumbing helped to update aging infrastructure at my home with replacement of a water line. I had a plumbing emergency this weekend and American plumbing came out quickly and sent a wonderful plumber to take care of everything. Kyle did a great job was very professional and very personable. I would highly recommend American Plumbing! They’re great!

Charged $537 to unthaw pipes. $300 service call for a Saturday (long distance from Lansing to Ionia). Honestly not quite that far. $50 for after hours call. $187 to unthaw the pipes. Still had no water when the guy left. Told us he does nothing with wells and basically good luck. Had a small business man come out today on a Sunday (no extra service call charges). Figured out our pipes were still froze and possibly never unthawed at all with all the ice chunks that were on them the guy said. Also had a bad well control panel and switch. Would not recommend this company at all! Price gouged us to death. Dishonest people. The world is hard enough right now and to have dishonest people like this is sickening!

I had a demo of and old tub and tile and install of walk- in shower. Zach and Christian we pleasant and professional guys. Showed up as scheduled, kept me informed every step. I had a particularly awful surround to demo. It took far longer than expected. They were patient and professional. Knew exactly what to do when an situation arose. Recommend them 100%.

The technician Zach that worked with us was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Most importantly he was trustworthy. He reflects a very competent company that are worthy of a call.
