Very friendly staff, love it when a place treats you like family. Their expertise and knowledge and very novelty to their profession, and they are thorough in what they know. Their prices on landscape materials, fish, pond equipment is fair. We use their cleaning services on our koi pond biannually. They are honest in their prices and work. Appreciate their hard work and dedication

Their drivers don't know how to operate big trucks. They leave 90000 lbs trucks running and unatteded in the middle of the street. Be careful and watch out for your cars when they are in your neighbourhood or your cars might get totaled like mine.

Initially I was very excited I found a "quality"Company to maintain a small pond in my back yard. I spoke with a woman named Diane who set up an appointment for me. She was unprofessional and was a little condescending from the start. That should have been my clue. The pond needed a good cleaning but had no other concerns such as holes or leaks and held all of its water. Once the 2 men came and worked on the pond thats where all the problems began. After 2 days after the gentlemen had completed the cleaning, the pond completely emptied. I called back Diane and without truly listening to my claim, was saying her men couldn't have created any problems and there must have been a leak somewhere prior..... After the two gentlemen returned with a new bill, now the pond will hold no wate

Do not ever use this pond service they killed my large koi without taking any responsibility and blamed the water lilies , they left the hose running in the pond and if i didn't come home it would've been overflowing Furthermore the owner refused to speak to us. i have selected one of the photos to post of 3 dead fish Zero Stars not one

Diane & crew are always professional and make every effort to schedule as quickly as possible; cleaning of pond is exceptional!
