They did excellent job with clearing snow from walks and driveways during this record breaking level 3 snow emergency at Carrollton Woods in West Carrollton. Even came twice to clear areas after additional snow. Glad to see they were dressed appropriately for the cold weather. That's a lot of hard work for them and they were out there at 4:30 am.

Are you prideful of your pavement snow removal for Lexington Meadows? No one should go home in your business until the job is complete. Not halfway, all the way. Salt?

We recently contracted American Pride to do snow removal for two of our funeral homes. What a fantastic job! We didn’t have to call once or ask when our lots would be done, they were out all hours of the night to get the job done. We are using them for our landscaping this summer at 2 locations, and I have no doubt they will do a fantastic job.

They do work around our neighborhood and it looks good and I feel like we are getting decent bang for our buck as it is a huge area. This is unrelated to your work, but when you have your company name on your vehicles, you should ensure your drivers are qualified and able to obey traffic laws and signs. Some of your employees need to go back to drivers education to learn what a yield sign is and how to navigate traffic circles.

Called on 3/7 to see if I could get some mulching and other lawn care done, had to leave a message. Received a call back an hour and 2 minutes later from a nice lady, and discussed what I needed. She said I would get a call back from someone to schedule an estimate. 15 days later and I have not received and call or message.
