I like you to be informed. I have ordered an American Standard 15pkg Gas/Elec. 230-3 and the Curb Adapter from American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. at 1045 American Pacific Drive., Suite B-C, Henderson, NV 89074. I was told they would be shipped on Thursday 05/19/2022. Unfortunately, I never received the Curb Adaptor and had to install the unit because Henderson, NV is 110 degrees and the tenants could not go without the AC for even a day. I have reached the store and talked to Ashely "as the branch manager" and she could care less about the matter that no one knows what happened to the curb adaptor and she told me there is a charge for the second shipping which I should pay for.
