We had a great experience with the people at Junk King. We wanted a pick up on a Saturday afternoon and they were very accommodating. When they were going to be a bit late because of traffic they called and let us know and still arrived in a timely fashion. I talked to Barbara on the phone and she was very helpful and professional. They two gentlemen who arrived with her were also very easy to deal with. There was a fair bit to do and the were very quick and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to call them again is I ever needed things hauled away. I also did some price checking before booking them and they were a bit less expensive them most!!

The service was excellent. - The team called in advance of the scheduled service window to state their arrival time. Then they called again as they were on their way. - The personnel were courteous and easy to work with. Very focused on their job and how to best get it accomplished - They were fast! The team was in-and-out is about two hours The total cost was definitely higher than I expected, but I did not shop around to compare since we were coming up on a deadline. I would recommend doing this in advance. We did experience one problem: We were moving a stack of things located away from the "junk" down into a rental truck to transfer to my home. There was also a bag of electronics in another room that was to be left for us. Unfortunately, one of the team removed the bag. Since we were

Your company did what they promised. The service men called 20 minutes before they arrived. They knew exactly how to get here. They had the right equipment for the job. The two men who arrived were very professional. They charged a fair price for what they did. They were extremely courteous. They took pains to pick up after themselves. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Art, the franchise owner, is a very nice gentleman. The team worked very hard. James was a professional over the phone and they were very pleasant to invite in and have move everything out of the home and into their truck. Great service, great team. Thanks!

Junk King responded right away. They came the next day, were here for a short time and took away my old sofas. I recommend this company.
