JOB: Attic clean out, rodent proofing, and new insulation. Excellent company and great crew. These guys are the best. Hard working and really good at getting the job done. I am currently evaluating attic insulation companies to have my attic worked on to address rodent infestation, cleaned and professionally have new insulation reinstalled. Arman from Attic Projects was the only technician from three different companies that actually went inside the attic and thoroughly inspected the whole attic for 15 minutes. I have not yet decided to hire this company but they were the best at detailing services line by line with a clear explanation of what I would get with associated costs.

I’m so glad I called Attic Projects! Ricky from the OC location came out for the estimate and was very thorough. He spent a lot of time assessing the attic and taking videos and photos to show me. I had just replaced my roof and there was a ton of debris left behind, plus lots of dust coming through the heating vents causing breathing issues. I signed up for the service immediately and they literally started a couple days later. In addition to the cleaning, I had to have new insulation installed because mine was trashed. David and Oscar from the Los Angeles location came to do the cleaning and replacement of insulation. They explained everything and did a fantastic job prepping my home for this project. We called Attic Projects because we had squirrels in the attic. Arman conducted a thorough inspection of the attic and around the house and explained all the details of the work to be done. His team Chris and Jaime did an excellent job of finding and sealing all the rodent entry points, cleaning and sterilizing the attic, and installing new insulation. Communication from Arman and his team were great whenever we had questions during the project. We are happy with their work!
