I'm a over the road truck driver delivering here and I have been here 24 hours now to get unloaded and this morning I was told that I would be first and some other truck comes in and jumps in front of me and is getting unloaded now I have to wait until he gets done which takes over 2 hours per truck to be unloaded. This place doesn't answer phone calls or return calls. I will never deliver here again.

This outfit was hired by my builder to insulate the house. They put only about 2/3 of the required insulation in the attic, piling it up at the visible ruler to make it look like it was the required depth of 13+ inches. The builder has made three appointments for them to come and blow in the rest of the insulation required, but they have not shown up and not called three times. By all means hire them if you think this is acceptable.

American Residential Products did our attic insulation. We later found out we were cheated to such an extent we have a noxious spray foam gas coming from our attic. ARP at first promised to fix this deliberate fraud but now they're forcing us to seek legal action. Do not trust these people to be honest or to do decent work.

Hours to unload a single truck. Once done unloading hours will go before they begin unloading another truck. Do yourself a favor and never come to this place. Just a lazy incompetent receiver.

Don't waste your time. They don't often answer the phone and don't return voice mail messages. I was promised a quote, never got it after two weeks despite a follow up call and a reminder.
