Awesome experience! I had other roofing companies come after the storm and it felt like I was doing all of the leg work with the Ins. Company . With American roofing they took over and delt with the Ins .company . Johnathan took the stress away. Thank You

This is my response to the business reply below to my original review below this: Per your response from Ken, he is simply lying to you. As an ex-investigator I have kept ALL of my communications with Ken Dow. The last job I referred to him was my neighbor down the street (as I've already mentioned). After your company REPLACED his roof Ken said via text that he would send me the referral bonus. He then asked for my address again so he could do so(even though he had my address because he was out to my house many time before and after replacing my roof! I provided that to him and that was the last I heard. Since he, and American Roofing appear to be taking the dishonest path I will now recontact all 40+ people I referred to ensure none got a roof replacement. Additionally I am contacting t

I highly recommend American Roofing Company of Greenwood, SC. I was completely impressed with Kevin Emery & Scott Petersen professionalism & customer service. Kevin was helpful with filing an insurance claim. Always available to respond to my concerns. Scott & his crew was awesome. Scott was always on site to address any concerns I might have. The roofers did an awesome job. I am very please with the results. Their professionalism & customer service is second to none. You guys ROCK. TOPNOTCH!!😁😁

American roofing did our roof last year. The crew was very efficient. They completed the project quickly. Ever interaction with the employees very professioanl. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends. They are trustworthy and do what they say their gonna do.

I was extremely fortunate to work with Johnathon Dow at American Roofing in Greenwood. My roof was damaged by hurricane Helene and Johnathon walked me thru every step needed to file an insurance claim!
