American Roofing Company was outstanding. They arrived exactly on time, kept me updated throughout the job, and showed real professionalism. The crew was knowledgeable and completed the roof replacement quickly and efficiently. I appreciated their prompt communication and the high level of competence they demonstrated. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing services.

Beware!! They are storm chasers. They show up at your door unannounced to pressure you into a roof. They got my husband to sign a contract but I never agreed. Our home is in both our names, so the contract isn’t legally binding without both our signatures. I called literally 5 minutes after they left and they threatened a cancellation fee. Then they proceeded to call my husband to get around me. Best to call a local company with a longstanding history and good reputation. A decent company won’t ask you to sign a contigency contract. Beware!! I can’t imagine what they do to elderly and unaware people who don’t know how to deal with a scammer.

American Roofing Company did a roof repair on our house, and we couldn't be more pleased. They were super nice and helpful throughout the whole process, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any roofing services.

Per your response from Ken, he is simply lying to you. As an ex-investigator I have kept ALL of my communications with Ken Dow. The last job I referred to him was my neighbor down the street (as I've already mentioned). After your company REPLACED his roof Ken said via text that he would send me the referral bonus. He then asked for my address again so he could do so(even though he had my address because he was out to my house many time before and after replacing my roof! I provided that to him and that was the last I heard. Since he, and American Roofing appear to be taking the dishonest path I will now recontact all 40+ people I referred to ensure none got a roof replacement. Additionally I am contacting the BBB and the SC Attorney General's office to provide the information I've collec
