Horrible service, unprofessional, immature, irresponsible and ignorant. We had scheduled a pour to pump 25+ yards of concrete. And scheduled for a pump truck and 3 men, in which only two showed up. They tried to have us run their hose so one of them could just run the truck and the other could just push buttons. This individual was disrespectful to our SafetyAdviser , Project manager, and Field Superintendent on site. And proceeded to be neglectful in pumping concrete to designated holes. And spitefully never stopping the pump and proceeded dumping concrete everywhere on his way to each hole while talking on the phone he whole time… to add , they had already blew a hose and spilt liters of hydraulic fluid all over the ground while testing their pump truck and never attempted to clean it. t

Ran in to pumper named Winter while on vacation at Andez. I am a retired general contractor from California. Winter was extremely professional and I was amazed with his skills. For dealing with something as messy as concrete his work site was impeccably clean as well as his pump. If I was still in the business I would recommend American Standard for all my concrete pumping jobs.
