Can't speak highly enough of the American Structure guys. I had several foundation and structural issues with my property. I received multiple quotes and went with American Structure due to the confidence Will instilled. There were a some complications with my foundation and the repair work, but Will, Julio, and Darrell collaborated and found the best solution. The french drain system they designed and installed functions great as well. Overall, I would highly recommend American Structure for any foundation, drainage, or general structural repairs.

American Structure did a fabulous job! The crew was not only hard working but respectful toward my wife and I if we had any questions. Will, Julio, and Orlando were excellent and I would recommend them for any of your drainage or foundation needs.

American Structure were efficient and professional. Darrell Graves evaluated my crawl space and came up with a detailed plan on what needed to be done with pictures and pricing. I feel like the price was reasonable for the work being done. Within 2 weeks of the evaluation the crew was working on my project. The crew under the direction of Guillermo were excellent. The project was completed in a timely fashion and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

This is my first review ever, and unfortunately it’s been a heartbreaking experience. I contacted American Structure for one issue—a bounce in my living room floor. After a consultation, Darryl convinced me my entire house needed to be lifted. Trusting his professional opinion, I moved forward and even used my 401(k) to pay for it. The project was disorganized from the start. The lead person quit before completion, communication was difficult, and once the work was done, I had more problems than before. Floors are uneven with “hills,” doors are no longer level, there is interior damage from drilling, and several issues did not exist prior to their work. Darryl returned multiple times but nothing was resolved. I was later told there were no original measurements taken to compare progress. N

American Structure has done foundation repair, drainage and waterproofing work at our home and another property. They have a professional, detailed approach with their proposal so you know exactly what they are going to do and why. The friendly, knowledgeable and capable crew show up on time and get it done cleanly and as promised. I would not hesitate to use them on future projects and highly recommend.
