Set up an appointment for the next day, roughly 24 hours in advance. Agree to services & price, but he said he’d have to look at it to be sure. Called me 30 before the appointment time to tell me he’d be an hour late, & flipped the script on the options he gave me the day before. I cancelled the appointment.

Gordon was responsive and timely. My doors are all old and have special hardware so the "look" was as important as the function. He had to do some retrofitting but he was extremely knowledgeable and proved to be a master craftsman. He also installed deadbolts that look like they had been there forever.
