My service rep, Andrew P., was on time, friendly and very receptive to questions. He was very thorough in examining my humidifier and came up with solutions to my problem. Afterwards he discussed what was done, what to be aware of/look for and encouraged additional contact if I felt the problem persisted. I was very happy with this service call and would definitely use American Weathermakers again. Note: the service call charge included the $99 Comfort Club annual membership fee which I highly recommend. I have been a member for years and find the additional discounts on maintenance and repairs, plus expedited service call appointments well worth the price. Thanks Andrew for the positive experience!

Frank, Don, Juan, Michael were all great. They replaced the furnace & water tank quickly before the deep freeze the next day. Polite and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. They also moved boxes that were in the way and were so accommodating. There was no upselling which allowed me to stay within my budget for the basics. They have a nice range to offer for those who want to upgrade but also are helpful if you have budget concerns.

Requested a service appointment at 8a the day before Thanksgiving and they were at the house at 2p. Service tech was very nice and proved to be incredibly diligent. It took a while to troubleshoot the issue, but he looked at every possible reason for our heat not working. Ruled everything out but the actual issue and fixed it. He explained everything to me and I feel like we were in great hands. I have been an American Weathermakers Comfort Club member forever, but I feel an even greater trust in the company after today

The technician did a great job- very friendly, did the repair and cleaned up very nicely. He made sure everything worked properly and gave good tips for the future. I’m always satisfied and pleased with American Weathermakers.

We called American Weathermakers after noticing a new and unusual smell. First they came out and finished the installation of the furnace, something Discount Heating and Cooling should have done when they installed the furnace. That tech didn't find anything seriously wrong. A second tech came out to do a tune up and preventive maintenance, both did an outstanding job. I'd highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
