The service at American Well was excellent, as usual. The Techs are knowledgeable and perform the needed services quickly and professionally. Ordinarily I give them a 5-star review. But they replaced my irrigation pump in January of 2025 and again today (2/24/26) and the cost of the pump went up $100. It brought the total cost to over $1000 for this repair. And after the repairs were completed, the tech said I could prevent freezing by “dripping” the faucet attached to the irrigation system. If I had known that before the freezing weather hit us, I could have saved myself $1000.

Recently had issues with my well and Chuck came out to investigate. He took his time and thoroughly tested every possible cause before determining the issue. He also explained in detail what was done, what to watch out for in the future, and other potential concerns I should be prepared for. We had a minor issue getting the call scheduled, but Michelle stepped in and got everything handled. Really appreciate the team’s professionalism and help.

Walter was awesome. Very personable and did a great job. Very thorough replacing my freeze damaged back flow and then fixed a down zone controller and a broken head i didn’t even know about. Highly recommend this company. Have used them multiple times. Same experience every time.

My sprinklers have had no pressure causing them not to turn on for months. I thought it was sprinkler heads and would replace them with frustration because I would still have no pressure. Finally decided to call the experts at American Well and a nice guy named Chuck came to the rescue. Within 5 minutes he was able to diagnose the potential issue and showed that the valve was bad causing pressure to go away. He was fast, friendly, and didn't mind trying to educate me along the way. Thanks for the good work.

Second time I have used American Well & Irrigation and they are GREAT!! On-time, fast and so professional. Walter and his teammate replaced my well pump and checked all my sprinkler heads. Thank you and highly recommend this company.
