From my initial call all the way through the quote, contract, delivery, installation crew and post installation follow up they were great. I recently hired (February 2025) American Windows Specialist for a second time, having had a decent experience with them in the past. This job totaled over $7,000, and while the Milgard windows (retro fit) they use are great and the installation work was solid, the follow-up, communication, and overall customer service after the install left a lot to be desired. As part of the project, I was charged an additional $1,000 ($250 per window) to apply stucco around four windows where wooden framing had been removed. Despite charging for all four, they only applied stucco to three windows, since one window did not require this repair.
