American windows replaced 36 windows, all the windows in my home 2 years ago . The price was reasonable, the installation was sloppy but they were responsive and fixed the multiple issues related to the installation. Fast forward to March 2025 when we had that big rain multiple windows were leaking, seriously leaking puddles on my kitchen counter. I reached out to American windows the next day and left a couple of messages one with the office staff and one with Jason the project manager who previously assisted me with issues.Office staff called me back and acknowledged they received my message and informed that Jason no longer work there and she would have someone contact me for repairs, that was in March. No one has contacted me or responded to my follow up messages, this is totally una

We had all or our windows replaced on whole bottom floor or our house, one of the guy we were dealing with was very responsive, but when they scheduled the crew to come out they gave us a 3-4 hour window when they would come and no one ever showed up. When we rescheduled and they finally came out and did the windows, 3 of the windows were off track and they left a bunch of yellow glue on some of our white window sills that we couldn’t get off without ruining the paint. Now one year later 3 of our windows are fogging up, obviously something wrong with the seal. so we call again to have someone come out, and they don’t show up again! Like they just forget about what appts they’ve scheduled. I DO NOT recommend this place. Be accountable for your company.

Great experience all around. From Mike Hunt who did the quoting, then to Ian the project manager. The installer- Brad, Jeff and Ryan were professional, considerate and went above and beyond when installing and cleaning up after themselves ! Thank you

American Windows helped me with window replacements due to a recent fire. Jeff and Ryan knocked it out of the park. Their attention to detail and finish work was superior. These guys are good. Thank You!

It's hard to put into words how much I can rave about American Windows. Both Tony and Michael couldn't be more gracious, kind, talented people and I could not recommend this company enough. They do excellent work.
