American Windows of DFW

BEWARE!!!! American Windows of DFW installed 4 windows and a patio door for us in 2024, and did a really crappy job. All of the windows are damaged due to installation and warranty voided with Anlin. The door was put in, but it is 2" too short and also installed incorrectly. When confronted with the door size shortly after install, we were told the they would not do anymore business with us and a click on the phone. We were stuck with the door. Dont believe the "Trained installer" line, as they really messed this job up by screwing the windows in the corner welds so water can rust out the sheetrock scews they used and leak into the walls potentially causing mold, mildew, and wood rot. Just replaced 4 windows in my master bedroom. Good quality windows and perfect installation service. The job was done accurately, on-time and that company beat price VS all other three estimates I had. Highly recommend the company.

Do not waste your time! This company should be ashamed of their quality of installers and their work. Nothing is level, Nothing is square. I’m mad at myself for trusting this company with my business! No solution from the owner, lowest quality service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away!
