Been buying Waypoint cabinetry for 20 years, better than any other brand that I have used. Great customer service too. They always answer their phone, which I love. All cabinets in the post are Waypoint Living Spaces by American Woodmark :)

This company suck. Do not buy any cupboards from them. They don't stand buy there products. They are cheaply made. You will get noting but problems with them. This a picture of one of many cabinets that came broken. The company says it's OK to have this many cabinets come broken. Had to reorder them three different times. And to top it off they were ording me some new doors about 3 weeeks ago and when I call to check on when they were coming they said they were not right and are having to remake them. I hope they will get it to gether so I can finish my kitchen.After 2 months Im still waiting on my doors that were not right. Please do not use this company they don't care about you or how long it takes to get the job done. We started this project in Aug of 2025 and we are still not done

We purchased our cabinets from #HomeDepo wanted #AmericanQuality didn’t realize the quality was so poor. Several cabinets had to be remade had wholes in a microwave cabinet, or made using the cheapest materials, and really poor craftsmanship. Tried several times to resolve this through Home Depot with little to no luck saying that their rep was unable to get a hold of anybody from the company to get it fixed. DO NOT BUY Any products from this company. DO NOT get your kitchen products from any Home Depot especially in Kalamazoo . Last few photos were of the Cabinet that was delivered today

Terrible quality control at woodmark. They cannot paint a cabinet to save their life. Had to ask for new doors for months due to defects. They then said I was "cut off" because I was wanting "perfection" and that I was costing them too much money to give me doors that were not defected. I was even told how much exact money "I COST THEM" . They ended up having representatives come to my home and try to bully me into thinking their product was fine. Trash customer service. Trash cabinets. Trash company.

Bought kitchen cabinets from American wordmark at Home depot store, it was disaster entire order of 16 cabinets had to be returned to Home Depot i asked for replacement but they refused to replace all cabinets but instead offering some replacement some touch up kit so that i can fix theirs mess, so i had to do return at Home depot store. I lost 12 weeks with them and agents coming to my place to take photos and videos of their "work" . I am very disappointed with this cabinet maker company. Anyone who buys from American Woodmark check the cabinets before you install them. I am AVOIDING American Woodmark in the future.
