Our salesman, Chris, was extremely informative and proactive throughout the process. He took the time to explain every step, and I really appreciated the knowledge I gained from working with him. I’ll start by saying the fence itself looks great, and Kevin the salesman was easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything after installation has been downhill. Before installation, I clearly marked all sprinkler heads and walked the property line with the crew. The fence went up quickly, but when I turned the sprinklers back on, they were now on the opposite side of the fence. I contacted Chris in service the next day, who was initially helpful. However, someone was later sent to my house while I wasn’t home and claimed the fence was installed correctly. After reviewing it myself, I located the property markers and confirmed the fence is installed roughly two feet inside my property, blocking my sprinkler line—and one post was even placed directly over a sprinkler head. He was thorough and made sure to highlight all the pros of each style of fence for our situation. Our old fence was original to the home and this fence makes our house look new again. The old fence lasted 24 years and was installed by America’s backyard from the previous owner, so materials and craftsmanship don’t appear to be of any concern. They handled all the permits and paperwork to get us over the finish line. Worst purchase experience ever! Had gotten one side of our yard fenced with 4ft cedar from them. The workers who barely spoke English did not listen to what we were asking. They were just supposed to replace the existing chain link fence with the new wood fence. They did not stay on our same property line, they came inward towards the house, losing out on our property, and in turn, they had to go into my landscaping. They ruined the landscaping and left a mess, not just my landscaping, but large muds piles everywhere in my rocks and near every post. They also were supposed to attach a longer post at the end of my yard to match the 4ft new fence to the old 6ft fence. They just put a super long post next to the post they were supposed to replace and connect both together. Tried to t
