I’d highly recommend America’s Finest Carpet Company, San Marcos to anyone looking for quality flooring at a fair price. I had new carpet installed in my San Marcos home and the service I received from start to finish was outstanding. The company gave me a straight forward quote to include installation, moving furniture, and haul away of the old carpet. There were no hidden costs or unexpected extras. It was a straight forward transaction executed as promised. I was very pleased with the final product.

We worked with John at the San Marcos store and could not be more pleased. Excellent customer service and communication. Installers we prompt and worked diligently to get the carpet installed before Christmas. Love the carpet and are appreciative of the staff and crew.

Worst customer service ever! Don't shop from this store. After waiting 1 hour in the store for the salesperson to try and figure out the part number, he said I cannot help you today anymore and you need to come back another day, and that was only 12 pm! We needed to pick up the flooring the same day from the Warehouse in Chula Vista and he refused to help us in any fashion. He also said that you will not be able to place an order directly from the warehouse and you need to place an order in the store. We finally ended up driving to the warehouse and we were able to place an order directly there without any hassle. Not to mention that the salesperson in this store was selling us the wrong product.

I waited before posting this because I was really bothered by what happened. I ordered more than 2000 sq ft. of flooring from this location yesterday. Anthony seemed nice and even though I preferred flooring from another store, we went with them because of name and reputation. I was told I would have to go get it myself in Chula Vista(?), and my truck would be sufficient. He gave me the wrong hours (warehouse closes at 5, not 6) my truck only held 1/2- 3/4 of the load. so 90 miles and 4 hours later through San Diego traffic, I called him to explain the issue and hoped he would work with me. He told me he would check and get back with me the next day. He called the next day and said there was nothing he could do and I had to go down there (so another 90+ mile trip.) I spoke with his useless

My wife and I are in a small hurry and were getting carpet quotes for the new master bedroom. The folks in the San Marcos branch were AMAZING! They had us sorted out in 5 minutes flat with color, quantity and a final end price quote...then checked stock to confirm on hand qauntity!!! The customer service for the sale was perfect. We walked NEXT DOOR to the other carpet place afterwards just for giggles, and the guy had NO IDEA what he was doing and just punched out a random number. His quote was over $300 higher and we still have no idea what we would have gotten. We now definitely using Americas Finest!!!
