Hired Glendale branch. Came on time, but after service, new problems appeared. Called, said they'd come—never did. Warranty meant nothing. Their reviews only talk about 5-stars, not warranty claims.

They used generic parts instead of OEM. Caused more problems later. When I complained, they said "parts are parts."

Junior was awesome! He was quick came out here on a Saturday night to look at my AC system and took care us! He was very informative gave us good tips on keeping our system running right and best of all he did it with a smile. I recommend him to anyone that wants honest work done

Junior is an amazing technician! I was very impressed with how amazing he did! He actually took the time to listen to what I was trying to explain to him and realized the problem!!!
