Mitch is the owner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He is a licensed locksmith and has been in the business over 30yrs. He took the time to research what I needed to repair/replace the locking mechanism on my 25yo sliding patio door. I had several other locksmiths come and look at it but they didn’t know what to do. Mitch knew exactly what was needed. It was an old and complicated multipoint hook 3 locking mechanism and a new cylinder. It took a few weeks to order the parts that he needed but once he received them he was over the next day to repair and install all the new parts.
