Alex was great! You can tell that Progress Service Inc operates with professionalism and honesty. They were also prompt with their responses. The day before Alex arrived, I had to have the Police remove a Technician from another company located in queens. When Alex arrived in his service repair jumpsuit, I knew we were off to a good start! I would use Progress Service Inc again for all my appliances. Samsung is lucky to have Progress Service representing the brand!

I had a great experience with Alex and his team at Progress Service Inc. Their communication was excellent—they kept me updated on the arrival and installation of the replacement part, which impressively happened on the same day. I called on a Friday, and by the following Thursday, Alex was at my home and had my washing machine repaired. While LG initially required me to fill out a verification form, Progress Service—being an authorized LG partner—was able to handle everything directly with them. Very pleased with this company. Alex came highly recommended by my friend when I had an emergency break down with my dryer. He came the next day fixed it for me, for which I am very thankful. I appreciate that he gave me options to fit my budget and there was full transparency as to how much I will be paying for repairs. Since Alex accommodated me on a short notice he didn’t have time for my refrigerator, but he took a quick look and told me he will give me a quote after he find parts. I will be definitely using his company in the future for all appliances repairs and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
