This was the second company I had come out to look at our units. Both units had failed and the previous company was clueless as to what the solution was, and even replaced the fan incorrectly and almost blew up my unit. AMS was entirely different from the start. The scheduler, Sharon, was helpful, courteous, and worked with us. The technician, Courtney, showed up on time, and had identified the problem and fixed one of our units in under 10 minutes. The second unit required replacing the fan motor, which he had on his truck, and was done within the next 20 minutes. He also cleaned the coils on both our units and explained the likelihood of us having to replace one or both units within the next few years because of age and the refrigerant they contained. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me!! We brought my newborn home from the hospital to find out the heat was not working. I had other people tell me they could come but would be a couple days.. When AMS heard of my problem they switched their busy schedule and was at my house within a hour and a half and brought some space heaters until he could go grab the part! My home was 50°F with my 1 Day old and everyone I talked to didnt seem to care but AMS was my hero!! Genuine people! God Bless this company! The world needs more people like you guys!! The home is nice and toasty now thanks to AMS!!

Courtney-The owner was very professional ! Got the job done in a timely manner & has great prices! They communicated the entire time to keep me updated! I now have a new unit & a happy cool home! Thanks you guys!
