Water heater needed a new thermocouplar according to PGE. America's plumbing company sent over their technician Jorge who was absolutely professional. He arrived earlier than the promised time slots and kept me informed of all repairs. Overall very happy with the courteous nature and knowledgeable information that Jorge provided so I could make the best decision for myself and my house. Would highly recommend again as the price of service was reasonable as well.

The technician, James Mosqueda that came out and repaired my Water.Heater was professional, he worked in a timely manner , and was friendly. He made the whole unwanted process run smooth for me. I also appreciate the agent that I spoke to on the phone , Margie I believe her name was. She was a great helped with the scheduling of my ,appointments and she always called me to notify me when my technician was on the way.
