Amazing results! Dropped off a 30+ year old rug that had seen its fair share of use. This thing turned out excellent. The pricing was fair and the turnaround time was great. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.

I bought my house through foreclosure, and the carpets on my stairs looked like they had not been cleaned in years. They were almost ruined, and at the time I did not have the money to replace them. AmeriClean did an incredible job restoring them, making the carpets look almost new and saving me from rushing into a replacement. Since then, I have carried out multiple renovation projects, but I still have not found it necessary to change my stair carpets, even as I move forward with replacing my hardwood floors. I am waiting for the hardwood flooring to be done first so as to get a carpet that will match with the color. So, in between, whenever I host an important event at my house and my stair carpets need attention, I call AmeriClean--even at the last minute--and they always do their bes

They will get all my business on my personal and investment properties from here on. It is also evident to me from their website and video that she makes customer service a priority. Fantastic! I am so impressed with the level of service AmeriClean provided to me. When I called to request service, I spoke with Tim and Sheila, and they were able to accommodate on short notice. Ron came out and really went above and beyond to remove the pet stains and smells out my carpet. He was so pleasant to deal with, it was like talking to an old friend. Everyone I had dealt with her honest about what to expect and were very transparent with their pricing. They really eased my anxiety and I will be using them in the future. Highly recommend!
