Americool gave me amazing service at a very fair price! My 20 year old a/c unit finally bit the dust. One call to Scott Jorgenson on Thursday and he was out that day to diagnose the problem. I received a very fair proposal the very next day and BOOM a new unit was installed on Monday. On Tuesday I called with a concern about a "high pitch" whistle coming from the air handler. I called Scott and he said he would be out within the hour. It was an easy fix. A new filter took care of the problem. I just wish I had found him last year when I had to have our second unit replaced. After being hosed on that unit and totally dissatisfied with the service I received, I was determined to find another company. Americool is a rare find in today's service industry. Scott from Americool was absolutely fantastic. He immediately responded to a last minute desperate service need for sons birthday party and got our AC up and running immediately. Stayed past sunset, dinner time, and came back following day just to make sure we were comfortable and working smoothly. Needing a full replacement, his rate was fantastic, extremely competitive and the quality of job (more importantly) was incredible. I’ll be referring everyone to this business. With so many scams out there, overcharging, poor workmanship, lack of communication in the AC service industry, Scott and his company were the best in all categories I’ve experienced in 12 years! Customer for life!!

Honest and professional, Scott at Americool is the only HVAC guy I’ll use going forward. Got a second opinion from AmeriCool before approving replacement (what other company told me we had to do). He looked over ran tests the compressor was working properly. He changed the capacitor and now system is running perfect. You can tell he is super honest and he really knows his stuff. Great to know I found a great honest HVAC guy in Florida. Now you did too!

Scott & Cory worked separately but as a TEAM to 1) Actually define my problem that the company that sold and installed the new A/C system could NOT define and, 2) found the most reasonable priced and accurate solution to the issue. Problem solved in record time by two neat professionals who definitely had my best interests at heart...before making a bigger pay-day!
