Recently we had HVAC installation. Brandon and Craig were very friendly and got straight down to business. Removal and Installation were done by the end of the day. Also worthy of noting, a circuit board inside the unit was accidentally damaged during the installation. This did not affect the operation and the unit works perfectly, however, they were upfront and honest about the mistake and stand by their work. A new circuit board is ordered from the factory and will be replaced with no extra charge. We would have been none the wiser had they not told us about it. Now that is Integrity with a capital I. A company you can trust to do the right thing. Thank you Brandon, Craig, John and everyone else involved in the project. We highly recommend Americool.

Julio C completed the final steps to complete the new installation and inspection of the furnace, heat pump and water heater. Julio was very polite and knowledgeable. He instructed me to understand the new set up. Answered all my question well. Julio is very personable, polite and very respectful.
