Carpet One in the Tri- Cities is a wonderful partner when you are remodeling! They stuck with us and provided excellent service and quality products. Genia Huske was always helpful and available to answer questions and provide answers. We really tested the system by completely re-modeling our bathroom with beautiful complimentary porcelain floor tiles, a marble slab counter top, shower bench, and window sills and marble wall tiles in the shower. They provided and installed tiles for our front steps. They were accommodating and helpful - working with us to install an electric operated blind in our bedroom - and helped us return and reorder when the manufacturer made a mistake in making the blind. Her crew moved all of our furniture out and put the flooring in when we were out of town. We were very happy to walk into our home and see the gorgeous floor.
