If you looked up this company because your real estate agent suggested them, don’t ever use this company. Definitely do not let a “Travis” go through your future home just so your real estate agent can get paid. They’ll either miss something, or they’ll lie to your face completely. The one thing we had fixed on our now home before buying was something my husband had to point out; apparently everything else was peaches and cream. They neglected true dangerous electrical issues that we now have to bear the burden of fixing. As if that isn’t bad enough, a friend of mine who bought a home before has pointed out an issue in her now home before buying and was told it was “just a cosmetic issue” and has now been quoted tens of thousands of dollars of work to exterminate a huge pest issue. So yea

This home inspection was very well done. Travis was EXTREMELY thorough and he explained what everything so it was understood. I would absolutely recommend his services, especially if you have never bought a home before and have limited knowledge of things to look for.
