Ford Custom Renovation completed a first floor remodel of our home consisting of a complete tear out/remodel of the kitchen and powder room along with replacing the wood floors on the first floor. Dan and his team are worth the wait! He is blessed to have knowledgeable tradesmen on his team. Every person who worked in our home was highly skilled and treated our home as if it was their own.They were considerate, detail oriented, responsive, well organized, and cleaned up daily. When the work was completed, we actually missed having the guys around. We highly recommend Dan Ford Custom Renovation and will be working with him again on a bathroom remodel. Dan and his team remodeled two bathrooms in our 1857 farmhouse. I was very particular about what I wanted and struggled to find a contractor who I trusted to bring my vision to life. Ford Custom Reno met my expectations and then some. We are absolutely thrilled with their work and craftsmanship as well as their professionalism. They were timely (some things were out of their control with COVID shipping issues), respectful, and overall just nice people to be around. We will absolutely be using them again and recommend them highly.

I firmly believe that ONLY Ford Custom Renovation could have returned us to our home after only four months because of its dedicated and superior service. Our experience with Ford, Tyson, Farley, and Will to name a few - was priceless! The Story: For three hours in August 2023, water poured from the third floor bathroom due to faulty plumbing. Scattered damage on each floor included insulation, drywall - ceiling and walls, recessed lights, doors, as well three floors of flooring. Reconstruction and improvement work began right after Thanksgiving and in only four months we celebrated Easter 2024 in our resurrected home. Dan and his team are the ultimate professionals and I could not be more impressed by their work. Our project was an extensive kitchen and bath remodel that included knocking down interior walls and restructuring exterior ones. Each person is a great communicator, friendly, and personable. In speaking with them, it is obvious how much they enjoy their work and value excellent craftsmanship. It’s almost like art to them and they were able to effectively blend our new construction into the period feel of our early 20th century home. A couple of years ago I had an idea to renovate an old warehouse space. With only an idea and some basic drawings to redo this rundown space I met Dan Ford. He was immediately up for the challange.
