Came to help us for an after hours emergency. Friendly, professional and courteous. Emptied our septic tank in about a half hour. He also recommended someone to us if emptying the septic tank didn’t fix the issue we are having. Very grateful to have someone come out and sacrifice their family time to help us.

Wow, this has been the simplest and fastest service. I called day after Christmas and not only did they come to pump my septic, but they installed new pump and float. Small businesses like this are amazing!!!! Make the call you will not regret it!!!

Kremser installed a septic system at my brand new home. However, unbeknownst to me, he never turned the septic pump on at the breaker and never installed a septic alarm I paid him for. So, after a year and a half the tank was full and coming into my basement, obviously without warning. He came back out, blamed it on the home builders(?), but said he would not discuss with the home builders. Then he charged me once more for a septic alarm (and actually installed one this time), for snaking a blockage, and to fix a pump float.. All of which would have never happened had he ensured the septic pump was on at the time of installation and ensured that he actually installed the septic alarm I paid for the first time. They emptied my older cesspool and gave it an inspection. Super courteous service and they were done in a couple hours. Dont forget to contact your township and obtain a permit to empty your system before Kremser shows up ($25 in Loyalsock Township). Kremser will fill it out and mail it in for you. Definitely will use them again! Thanks y'all!
