Due to having cancer and undergoing major surgery for it with a 6 week recovery time this firm as partner with American Cancer association to provide either 1 free 4 yr cleaning or 2 two hr cleaning to eligible cancer pts. Its heartwarming and I am deeply grateful since I live alone and really have no help. I received my first 2 hr cleaning soon after contact, arriving on time and pleasant.great time and detail was spent on my kitchen with alot of cabinets and counters ,( not quite cluttered but , yes many canisters and things). She even did my windows, thank God because I couldn’t. Altho my home is neat and relatively clean dusting, vacuuming, and windows did need to be done that i couldn’t. It was a god sent. I was informed that 2 people would be coming to clean the house. One of the cleaners left early to go to another job. In the initial, I had asked that attention be to the dust/debris at the baseboards & rug areas. I went at around & picked up debris that was not vacuumed. Areas in the kitchen had spots that could not be scrubbed away. I was able to scratch these areas with my fingernail. On checking the kitchen counter with my had, there was a small rough area. This was cleared off with a single blade razor. The cleaner was very nice but appeared to be rushed. I had to leave before she was done due to an emergency vet appointment. I feel since there was a visual walk through prior to work to be done, the customer should also have a copy of the cleaning request that was submitted. This may

Jennifer was here yesterday. She arrived shortly after the plumbers had completed replacing @ 20 feet of behind the wall sewer pipe that had badly deteriorated and required demolition in the basement, kitchen, and a powder room. It wasn't pretty. I had errands, so I left for about three hours. When I returned, you wouldn't know that any demolition had been done. She not only took care of the demolition mess, but did every bit of her normally scheduled tasks as well. I am more than pleased. Thank you, Jennifer!
