💥💥💥What an exceptional family run business to deal with. From the first call I was greeted with courtesy and treated with professionalism from start to finish during the job! They showed up to give me an estimate when they said they would and started and completed the job in the timeline I was given. Dan is wonderful to deal with and all of the field technicians are very good at their trade. They pay attention to detail and leave the work area looking just as clean as it was before the job started. Monk is the only company I will call for future HVAC needs!💥💥💥

Had some issues with my gas steam furnace, which is 33 years old. Prompt service (called on Tuesday, they came on Friday). Making appt was easy, girl answering the phone was very pleasant. Service was exceptional. Dan (service tech) was on time, courteous, professional, and explained everything he was doing. Was honest with his diagnosis, did not try to upsell anything. Fixed the problems, reasonable price, and my system is now working great. Will definitely use them for any future heating problems

My mom purchased 2 HVAC systems from Monk's. The service was great throughout the sales and installation process. Everyone was attentive, prompt, and communicated well. Service post-install has been poor. My mom contacted them about sponsoring an event at our church. Never heard a peep back. If they didn't want to sponsor, no big deal, but they could have called back to let her know. She did write them a big check for the new HVAC systems. Then last week, she had an issue with one of the systems not working. She called down and put in a service request. She was told someone would call her back. Well, it's about a week later, and crickets. She also purchased the maintenance plan. Very disappointed to say the least. Response to comment from Monk's: My mom did receive a call back from Melind

UPDATE Amazing!!! Dan Evans did and amazing job!!! He cleaned everything up better than when he arrived. He was so sweet, mannerly, efficient, answered all my questions, calmed my concerns with his explanations. Highly recommend!!!!! Ok I must add to this!! Had some more work done. This time it was Bill and later Jim came to help. I am very pleased with their work. Again my questions and co cerns were answered. Great manners, kind, cleaned up, just a great experience given what I've had to go through for months. Thank you Monk!
