Disappointed with after-care warranty service. Had my first floor with this company. The transitions to Kitchen were cheap plastic which came off right away. Been calling them for months to fix it before warranty expires. So reply. Try their main number, it says voicemail box is full... Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
Kate and her team are Fantastic. One of the few companies to actually call us back and instill enough faith in them to do the job. They were in and out in a day as per the quote, not to mention the floors look great. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you again guys.
