Amestoy Dri-Wall

Highly unprofessional company. I am on my 4th no show even with confirming appointments the day before. They just won’t bother to show up, nor notify you they are not coming, nor make any attempt to reschedule. This is a new construction vendor and I am being forced to use them, otherwise I would never do business with them.

Called the main number to see if they perform repairs. The First Lady that answered was very sweet but we got disconnected. I called back and someone of power must have answered. I asked the question again and I was told "yes but you have to email one of our employees his voicemail is full". I explained I don't have access to email another employee that why I'm calling. She said "she couldn't help me then". I asked why she couldn't email her employee on my behalf. She said "because it's your house". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I then asked her why she has to be rude about it and she said because "I'm pushing back". Pierre (owner), this is unnecessary customer service.
