Called for a quote to install an outdoor faucet. Technician was 6 hours late and never bothered to tell me he was going to be late, I had to call him and find out when he was going to arrive. Consequently, I was not able to be there for the quote so the technician said he would email me the quote. Never received the quote but did receive a past due bill for $50, which the company never once said that they charged for price quotes. Very poor service would give 0 stars if possible.

AMF was quick to help me. Not only did they give great service but they also worked with a timeline. Compared to other businesses they were within price range. Every one from the lady on the phone to everyone I came in contact with were awesome! Will I use them again? You Bet!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Charged $50 to give an estimate. Estimate was double what the job actually cost. Lacked customer service. Felt like we were a bother rather than a customer. Perhaps they don't need the business.
