My recent experience with Amick Roofing was great, as always. If I have an issue with my roof, I always call Amick Roofing, because they are the best. They respond quickly, the quality of their work is unmatched, and their pricing is reasonable. I've been a customer for 15 years, I've used Amick exclusively, and I've always been pleased with the results. If you have a roof problem I highly recommend Amick Roofing.

I highly recommend Amick Roofing for several reasons but primarily for one: integrity. Tim has been in the business for over 45 years. He has significant technical knowledge and experience which translates into a well constructed roof. His crews and his office staff were a joy to work with. We noticed a bad leak in our home- 2 friends of our used and recommended Amick Roofing. Called the owner told us it would be more than a week before he could get someone out. I said Ok, can you recommend someone else I really want to get this looked at before it rains. He said - we will get someone out today. They came found out my builder’s roofers put a shingle over a vent hole. They went into the attic the 2 were able to locate the hole and remove the shingle- They installed the vent. Great prompt friendly service.

Low estimate but it cost me a headache, other reviews were good but I caught Jorge cutting corners and then Krystal was argumentative with me and called me a "nit picker." After emails back and forth I got them to address 1 of my concerns. Their caulking job is horrible (will upload photos tomorrow during the daytime) so I have a lot of time ahead of me cutting that. Prior to getting them back out here they wanted to leave the fascia & soffit unpainted. In addition, they did not sister the joints, which I was willing to pay for, while the soffit was off; so now I have to pay another company of figure it out myself. I am in the unfortunate position to warn others about Amick Roofing and their business practices as well as customer service. This roof was installed in 2014 by the previous owners of the home. We purchased in 2019. It's now 2021 and these are the problems we are having all over the roof (home is 4,500 SqFt) I have contacted the company bi-weekly for over 5 weeks to get the issue looked at as well as the leak in my ceiling fixed before hurricane season. Not one call was returned including a voicemail on the owner's line. When I did finally get a response on Facebook Messenger, attached is photos of the tone they use to speak to customers/ re: former projects, they prioritize new installs over standing by their past work.
