This company does not even deserve half star they are not professional at all they promise to pickup the shipment don't show up , don't even call give you a freight rate then once the merchandise is picked up they changed the rate, if you can avoid shipping with them please do so or you will have a big headache. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I HADT TO GIVE A STAR OTHERWISE WOULD NOT POST BUT THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE HALF STAR. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

I can't even give this a star. worse shipping company, you have to call every hour to make sure they will pick up your package. Once you call to make a follow on your pick up, they will ask the same question they asked you once you scheduled a pick up. They dont have records of their pick ups. If it wasn't customer request will never used this company for shipping. Even the person who answer the phone sounds like too lazy to do his work.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Worst trucking company every. Called to schedule a pickup on Monday said they would be here. It is now Thursday and they still haven't came. If it wasn't my customer's request to use them I would never even deal with these guys. Hands down the worst company ever, and the guy that answers their phone is even worse rude and unhelpful. Do your job man! If you have something to ship but the receiver doesn't need it until 1 year later then maybe you can give these guys a try aside from that look elsewhere. Efren Chevez probably works for them because his review is complete bs.

I worked with the El Paso branch, worst customer service. The owner, a woman was extremely rude beyond words. Never will I have things shipped thru this company regardless of how cheap they are I rather pay more but get good customer service.

I regret the day I gave my customers the option of shipping via amigo express. They have horrible service, never show up and don't even bother picking up the phone. I'm trying to change all my customers from using this company.
