We had a great experience with Amish kitchen gallery when my kitchen was remodeled right before Covid. The communication dedication and quality of products that we received during the process was phenomenal. Ryann and Brittany were exceptional and helping us plan every detail making sure that everything was accurate double checking all measurements and our kitchen is absolutely stunning which we will love for many years to come

Amish Kitchen Gallery designed, built and installed my kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are custom designed and exceeded my expectations. Quality carpentry and craftsmanship! Working with Ryan and his steam was an enjoyable experience. When I started my kitchen remodel, I was looking at kitchen cabinets and was not happy with the options from the Big Block stores. I wanted quality cabinets that would last. I also prefer when my money supports a local small business. I did an online search and looked at the information about Amish Kitchen Gallery and watched the history and video about the business and decided to setup a meeting. Sorry Ryan, but I will honestly say it was extremely hard to work with your company. Kitchen was promised for October and was not delivered to well into January . Finished product is still not complete we are still waiting on the brass strips for the hood and the company that you purchased the hood from won’t give us them because your company placed the order . In addition to that we had to sign a contract but yet you were not on time. What was most frustrating was having to pay you in advance before you order materials for example hardware.

Ryan had to reschedule twice and then just completed ignored me and never responded to my messages about our estimate. I'm glad this happened before we chose them because this is not someone I'd want to work with on a big project.

First and foremost the cabinets are absolutely beautiful, the carpenters are very skilled. The two stars comes from the business itself. For a custom cabinet company you would expect some sort of professionalism, honesty, and punctuality...and this is not the case. The company will continually over promise and under deliver. No deadlines are ever met. You are constantly wondering if Ryan listened to the conversation had, because he will act like it never happened. Things that are promised in a week will end up being four weeks (easily). I hope this company gets their act together because the work is beautiful. I hate to write a negative review but I’d like people to do their research before jumping in with this company. They caused us a lot of stress. Our kitchen is finally completed but w
