Bought a brand new heat pump/hvac system December 2025 $10k and had an issue that should have been under warranty in August 2025. Not only did he charge me for coming out to misdiagnose the issue he offered zero apology or accountability for doing bad business! He was trying to get an additional $2400 out of me. I had to pay 2 other HVAC companies to come tell me i was getting screwed by Joe! Do not do business with him! I had to lodge a complaint with the distributor to get my warranty covered though a different hvac company. Terrible way to do business but it’s who he is as a person and a business owner.

Joe came and worked late into the evening to make sure my family had air during the hottest time of the year after an unexpected break down in our system! Got us fixed and back to cooling in no time! Great customer service! Prompt response! Very happy with our experience as always! And highly recommend!

Buyer beware with these guys... 100 unprofessional install left the unit not fully charged correctly had to call Joe's sales rep and Joe's sales rep told him to do certain things Joe has never been back nor has he ever tried to make any of their unprofessional and poor quality installation correct. I personally feel swindled out of almost $10,000 from management and incredibly bad installation oh and their customer service was zero out of 10. The feed lines to all head units rep told him he knew better than to leave them uncovered and that the little bit of protection that comes from the manufacturer is not sufficient.. let me continue on the installers drilled directly through one of the wall support studs. Every head unit is off balance and the system is 3 years old now and I've had to h
