Tommy at Amos Electric has been my go man for all of my electrical needs at our storage facilities in central Texas. We have used them for a few years and couldn’t be happier. We had other companies trying to price gouge us for lighting. Tommy came in and was very honest about what we actually needed and saved us from spending thousands more on unnecessary repairs that other companies were trying to charge for work we did not need. Today we had Jordan come out to service our AC unit. He was so kind, professional, and informative. My mom is a very inquisitive person, so she watched and asked questions the whole time!!😎😎 Jordan took the time to answer every single one, pointing to things, and explaining why it was or was not a concern. She learned a lot, he was thorough and made sure my mom was happy with her service. He gave recommendations for upgrades, didn’t push any extra sales, and let her know what other services Amos offered so she would know who to call if needed and when she was ready. He even spoke highly of his coworkers that might come out next time. They were laughing and sharing pictures of the family and pets by the end of the visit.
